3. WhatsApp Business API

We use the WhatsApp Cloud API by Meta to send service notifications to your registered phone number. When you provide a Turkish mobile number (+90), we may send you automated messages regarding:

  • Welcome messages for new users

3.1 Data We Process via WhatsApp / WhatsApp Uzerinden Isleme

  • Phone number: Your registered Turkish mobile number in E.164 format (e.g., +905551234567)
  • Message content: Template-based service messages; we do not read your personal WhatsApp chats
  • Delivery status: sent, delivered, read, or failed (for analytics and retry logic)
  • Opt-out status: whether you have unsubscribed from WhatsApp notifications

3.3 Notification Types / Bildirim Turleri

We send only utility (service) template messages. We never send marketing or promotional messages via WhatsApp.

  • Welcome: Sent once after onboarding completion
  • Company Analysis: Sent once when your company analysis is complete
  • Campaign Completed: Sent once per campaign when discovery finishes
  • Email Verification: Sent when you verify your email address
  • Password Reset: Sent when you request a password reset

3.4 Subscription Management / Abonelik Yonetimi

You can enable or disable WhatsApp notifications at any time from your Settings page under the "Email" tab. Toggling the switch updates your preference immediately. You can also update your WhatsApp phone number from the Sender Info section.

WhatsApp messaging services are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.When we send you a WhatsApp message, your phone number and message content are processed by Meta's infrastructure in accordance with WhatsApp Business Data Processing Terms and WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your WhatsApp data with any third party for marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures: TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, role-based access controls, regular security audits, and PostgreSQL database with automated backups. However, no internet transmission method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

WhatsApp delivery logs are retained for 90 days for troubleshooting and analytics.

Our service is intended for business professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete such data.
